Thank you very much for allowing me and Leslee to assist you in obtaining the Pastor's 50% discount on your home purchase or refinance mortgage.  Honoring your service for the Lord as a Pastor is one of our purposes here at The Mortgage Works!

Please provide us with the following documents so that we may properly calculate your ability to qualify for a home loan.  Please send these documents to us by fax to (858) 408-3933 or you may email them to us at leslee@clickmortgageworks.com.  Thank you very much!

• A letter on church letterhead prepared and signed by the church Secretary or other person of authority.  This letter is to detail your compensation.  Please distinguish between the (1) tax free housing allowance amount, (2) the taxable gross salary amount and (3) any other regular compensation you receive.
• A church payroll journal with canceled checks (front and back) documenting your compensation received for the previous 12 months, or for the period you have served as a Pastor if less than 12 months.
• Your previous federal income tax returns for the past two years that you filed.  Please send us all the pages filed including the schedules.  Please make sure that the return is signed.  If your copy is not signed please sign and date it.  You should not send the state tax returns, just the federal.
• IF YOU ARE PURCHASING A HOME:  The previous 2 months or last quarterly statement from the financial institution(s) from which you plan on withdrawing the funds you will use for your down payment.  Please include all of the pages of the statement(s).  If you are using a gift from a relative or some other source for your down payment, please write a brief letter explaining the source and amount you will have available for your down payment.

Once we have received these documents we can then complete the calculations required to provide you with the maximum ability to qualify for your home purchase or refinance.  Of course, all your documents will be maintained in strict confidence according to our Privacy Policy.
